Default xst baby present

I think there is a dsifference between n aking clothes for a baby ,
and making some WALL piece , that is intended for his/her looking at
it . I thought that a RED background to letters [ in very soft
varigated off white with shadows of pink yellow and blue] might be an
eye catcher for baby.
As to dressing up babies , Mine were babies almost 40 years ago i
sewed clothes from what i had , green, orange , blue , brown , they
had pants in all colors and matchinh knitted vests and sweaters ,,,
Load of flannels with squares,,, bobody cared, as long as they were
neatly dressed ,

It will be so nice to see something for a baby in colors other than the
usual pastels.

What an interesting sentiment. Most of the new knitting patterns for
babies are in bold colors . . . especially those coming out of Europe.
And children's clothes are anything but pastel these days.

Me? I think tiny infants look best in subdued colors. Perhaps because
of their skin color. Perhaps just because paler colors don't shout out
and leave baby beside the point. They grow up soon enough. I find it so
interesting that mother's will no longer put bonnets on their babies,
particularly male babies. Yet, they will put on those silly knit caps
that never stay on. As usual, just my opinion. Call me old fashioned.

I never said she did. In fact I didn't name any names. She obviously
felt guilty enough to reply and then did her best to smack me down
afterward. The bully can have her little sandbox.

Why don't you try correcting your own mistakes? You brought this on
yourself by making a snide reply to a polite request. I never named you
(nor did I name anyone else) as a guilty party. You volunteered
yourself as a contributor to it and refused to change the thread. My
only mistake is that I didn't killfile you years ago.

OK, if you insist, Dianne - "you`re old-fashioned" - that makes two of us!
LOL! I don`t like seeing really tiny babies wearing jeans and dungarees,
either.

Pat

I don't know Pat, I have the sweetest shot of DD in "jeans" and shirt that
matched Mom's.

I must say you do amaze me , being involved in the Gutenberg project ,
shows you as a person who cares about other people .
Well i am involved with my society, I do care about those boys , and i
think it is my right to Mention them , here there and every where.
Than when somebody is rude to me about it , i have every right to
answer her . Esp when she deliberately tells wrong facts.
I don`t know where you live , i live in a small country, we are a
small nation, we all care about each other`s well being ,,, 3 boys
being kept God Knows where and in whicch Circumstances Bothers me. As
well as other things...
You live where you live and think the whole world looks like your
neighbourhood, You can killfile me , but you can`t close the world and
it`s affairs away from your life forever and one time , when something
will touch your life , in a way you din`t expect it , you will
remember , that by killfiling people who have different opinions than
your`s , you didn`t prepare yourself for a changing world ,,
