Rowan question - for UK members
I live fairly close to Holmfirth so wanted to go to Rowan /yarns for some
yarn - and for self indulgence. The web site doesn't mention personal shopping and gives no opening hours. When I telephoned the recorded message gave me 'office hours' only. Does anyone know if it's possible to visit Rowan Yarns in person? Mary |

When I visited Holmfirth, tours of the Rowan spinnery were given for groups only. I would suggest Upcountry Yarns for a large selection of Rowan. They are just around the corner from the mill. http://www.rowan-upcountry.com/store...ewDoc&docId=10 DA |

If you fill in their enquiry form I'm sure they'll mail you back pretty quickly. I haven't contacted this company but this is my preferred method of contacting commercial concerns and I've usually had a reply within 48 hours. -- Blessed are the cracked for they let in the light |
