OT, more of my inane ramblings
Well, you gave it a shot....
Imo, you're not dreaming of Tim because he's so much in your conscious thoughts right now. It's okay. Here's another thought about what to do for Christmas...what would Tim want you to do? (Btw, I'm not religious either.) Hugs, Michelle J* wrote: after reading your response i asked dd about xmas day. did she want to do something different. she said like what? something religious. argh, she was kidding as we're not religious at all, no way, no how. asked her if she'd had Tim in any dreams this year. nope. nor have i. not sure what that means tho. its 9 months today. took him that long to be born, nearly didnt make that intact. was rushed out of the delivery room down the hall for oxygen, just in case. wasnt needed but ya cant be too careful. little did we know then.... so needless to say i'm having a rotten day today, well again. every day is rotten. i tried talking to dd but got nowhere. ds doesnt talk much either, typical male there. beats me what to do now. no decorations up here. my helper is gone. no presents bought. all i've done is cleaning, the fridge, freezer, oven, some major dusting that has been ignored for months and months behind other things that was easy to ignore. scrubbed down the wooden dining table that i usually do a good scrub on once a month, now my arms are really sore today but it is done. what good cleaning does i'm not sure really. just filling in my time i guess. shrug, j. ramble ramble ramble "Michelle C." wrote ... Jeanne, maybe the best way is just to talk openly. Tell them what you've told us and ask for their help. Imo, although you're their mom and feel responsible for making everything right for your kids, they might be glad for the honest question and to help you out. Hugs, Michelle J* wrote: 30 and 25 respectively. i think DD is getting on ok, being a full days drive away, it is probably easier that way. DS moved home in march, only 4 days before and was with us when it happened. he'd only just broke up with his first/only girlfriend of 8yrs so wasnt in a good frame of mind anyhow but then that happened and nana also 6 days later. he got a triple whammy. so i'm not sure what they expect this year. i really need a manual. j. "Michelle C." wrote ... LOL! So how old are DD and DS? |
