Default Stained glass cabinet design

We have seen a web page with information about how to build a stained
glass storage cabinet by adding metal strapping as dividers, but (of
course) are unable to find the page again. The general idea is simple
enough that we can probably figure out how to do it. But the article
had some tips that it would be helpful to read. Can anyone help us find
this information again?
