Default Barter Building Materials for Beads?

Anybody in the bay area interested in bartering building materials for my
beads, jewelry, or artwork?

What I need:
I am building a studio and trying to do it cheaply. I need cinder blocks,
cement, siding, some double pane windows (that open somehow), about 100 sf
of asphalt roofing, 7 sheets of T&G plywood flooring, and several pieces of
redwood lumber: probably 3 10' 2x6s and one 12' post of large diameter (6x6
min). Post could be cut in to 4 3ft pieces. I also need insulation, tar
paper, flashing...who knows what else.

I am of course also happy to take free materials.
Thanks a zillion.

Sorry, I've made this mistake before. It's the San Francisco Bay area.

Thanks

That's what I assumed you meant by "bay area" and I'm not even from the US!
