An advertisement is for monetary or other personal gain. My message
board is a welcome to all who embroider - with no monetary gain in mind.
In fact, it's a losing proposition, but I don't mind.

Don't you have better things to do than run around reading my posts and
finding things to grouse about? I said I probably wasn't thinking clear
when I responded. I know what a "chat" is, but I think of message
boards as "chat" also. Depends upon your point of view. I explained my
thinking. That's what you didn't try to understand. You were too busy
trying to complain about me.

And you'll keep posting until I stop replying. So, I'll stop replying, now.

Look, YOU were the one who said message boards WERE chat, I pointed out the
major differences. This back pedalling and rewriting history and trying to
blame me hasn't fooled anybody.

If you came off looking (in your words) like "a total idiot" that is hardly my
fault.

You'll notice three different people, myself included, did actually tell her of
real chats.

How's about if you don't know the answer to a question you try not answering
it?

You have no problem pointing out mistakes in others, drives you nuts when they
do it back, doesn't it?

I've used your own words in this post, so who's the "sinner"?

Aren't you the one who was recently claiming that you killfile people
you can't get along with? I would think that Dianne would be the number
two entry in your killfile (right after Sunflower, but before me).

Well, you'd THINK so...but that claim can't possibly be true...the MLI Angel
thread has the 2 of them (Caryn and Sunflower) sniping at each other yet
again. sigh

LOL

I can't get the killfile of Sunflower to stick. It's driving me nuts, I've
tried 4x and yet she still comes thru.

I can't killfile Dianne, I just have to see what "expert advice" she gets wrong
next. It's a personal weakness. Especially when it comes to knitting
questions, I feel the need to correct her so that the person gets the right
information.

But, if it's ok for you to have a constant running feud on this list with MJ,
than I am not really seeing as how you can really give me advice about my
occasional spats with Dianne.

I said one thing to the child, and left it at that. And it was a legitimate
question. She did seem to take my opinion as a personal attack on herself, and
I wanted to know why.

Remember the big public announcement a couple months ago that *I* was being
killfiled? Yet I'm seeing in quotes that Caryn is sniping at me again.

Makes you wonder if she's one of those who just enjoys picking fights.

No, not picking fights, just questioning the bullcrap.

Exactly!

And I have tried OVER AND OVER to killfile Sunflower. AOL doesn't seem to want
to let it work, as no matter how I try to set the filter the nonsense comes
thru.

deep, heavy sigh
