he fixed it for now but wants a tile guy to look at another spot; all in all no
charge until the tile guy takes a look but won't be over $40. :-O This guy gets
something great for the holidays as a thankyou.

Wow! I didn't think there were repairmen like that any more!

Me either, our plumber last week charged $45 for labor and $45 for a house
call. It was worth it though so I can't complain. KA, hang on to that one.
