Thanks, Sooz. I have missed them both.

Awww! I was missed? I took a break for a few days - Dug's dad died

suddenly
and unexpectedly on Thursday. We've obviously been all over the place
emotionally and, I dunno, I feel kinda disconnected from "regular life" at
the mo. So much unfamiliar stuff to handle, arrangements to make, etc.
Feeling kinda weird... :S

Oh my god, Helen. Please let Dug know that our thoughts are with you. I am so
sorry.

I took a break for a few days - Dug's dad died suddenly
and unexpectedly on Thursday.

(You were missed, yup)

Dug is lucky to have your help. But it's going to smack you upside the head
when you're not looking, so watch out for your well being. Anticipate the
coming grief.

Yay, the Helen's are back!!! (Sorry for the reason you were gone.
Condolances headed you're way. Hope they make it {was it a left or right at
Albuquerque?}) Just remember that every person deals with loss in their own
special (sometimes unusual) way. BTDT (many times)

Take Care,

Helen C

Yes of course you've been missed! I'm sorry for your loss, Helen. Go
easy on yourself for a bit, feeling weird is part of the grieving
process.

Thank you to everone who replied here/via email, we appreciate it. Dug
didn't want to talk much at first and I was concerned about how he was
coping, but we are starting to talk a little about coping which is helping
to put my mind at ease.
