Hi :-)

You won't remember, but ages ago I posted with a question about glueing
shells and apparently you have seen a lot of these particular pendants
(even if you don't like them :-p).

Anyway, the other week I showed the necklace I made from one of the
pendants to a couple of friends, and they absolutely loved it! It was
one of my earlier pieces and had stayed hidden away but was showing
them everything I'd made.

I went to buy some more but the person that I got them from doesn't
have them anymore, and although some people do have have some diamond
ones the which are similar but a lot more expensive that I got three
for!

If you need to you can search for the original post just by searching
my user name, I haven't posted much.

I was wondering if the place you had seen them before still had some?

I can post a new pic if needed as the ebay auction obviously can't be
viewed any more.

Thank you!

Flic

If anyone else is interested, I originally purchased something almost
identical to these:
http://www.susiesbeads.net/mop-shell...ed-p-5684.html.

The ones I bought were smaller, about 30mm instead of 50mm, although
i'm not bothered about that. I am bothered at the price, as I paid
about $3 (current exchange rates) for three.

I do remember.

The place I saw them was at my local jeweler supplier (AKA My fave place on
Earth), J.S. Ritter's
(www.jsritter.com --tell 'em m3rma1d sentcha)
Last I saw, they had these in the deeply-discounted bin trying to be rid of
them.... so go to their site, email them, and you may just get a great deal!
Or you can even email Meghan direct--she usually knows best where stuff is
and she deals with most of the email things anyhoo
(don't forget to tell her m3rma1d sentcha!)
Those are my good friends up there!! And they'll take great care of ya.

Thank you very much :-D I've emailed Meghan and mentionned that you
recommended them

Its annoying how little choice we have over here, most of it is on ebay
which is very useful, but still not as much as you guys have. To be
honest I was tempted to fix that and set up a website myself with the
same amount of choice or near to that other places have, but I wouldn't
have known where to go for supplies! I also want to go over to the US
sometime and that would be one of the things I would do whilst I was
over there.

If you want to see the necklace I made there is a pic at:

My friends loved it, although weren't sure of the colour tbh :-p

Anyway, thank you again!
