These are wonderful!
Out of curiosity ....what rules/guidelines did you have for this RR...we've
tried one at guild but many pooped out....I think the RULES were
overwhelming for most, and scared people off....Any ideas/suggestions for
RR?

Hi Fran,

They are all great!

I don't understand what a round robin is. I've saw it mentioned here but I
don't follow the concept. Could someone explain this to me or is there a
place I can go read about them?

I'll give it a go!
A round robin has a group of people involved. Each person makes a center
block. Each person mails their center block to the next person on their
list. That person takes the block and adds a border. They then pass the
block on to the next person. That person puts a border on and it gets passed
again until everyone has added a border and it returns to its original
maker.
When a Round Robin starts the group gets to decide the rules for their
group.
In the only one Ive done so far the rules were that we start with a 13 to 15
inch center block. We add a 3 to 6 inch border of our choosing (plain,
applique or pieced) and we could specify a theme for our center block to be
carried thru the added borders. My theme was 'home is where the heart is" or
something similar. We had a month to add our borders and send them on.
Anything that isnt clear? Just ask!

Thanks! I liked them all, but the "red one" (yours?) really caught my eye.
I'd have entered the guest book, but was told I had to log in, and logging
isn't permitted in these forests any more.

P.S. What is the "bush" behind most of the pictures?

I think the only rule was that each border had a max size of 3" finished.
Best thing I've ever done!
