Yes, that's me. Thanks for the compliment about the ring. It is one of
my favorites.

Unfortunately the editor of the book did a terrible job on the
description of the making of the ring. I was instructed to describe the
making of the ring from start to finish, so that a person reading the
book, could make the ring also.

Well, I wrote very precise step by step instructions, which then were
edited down to 11 steps. It is now totally impossible for anyone,
including me, ever making this ring from these instructions.

I think you will agree, that the making of this ring can not be
described adequately like they did in that book.
