Thanks, Everyone.
I have *finally* got messages downloading the my computer with Outlook Express! I had a thought the other night(in my sleep, no less) to check the message rules in OE. Somehow a message rule that was set up that said to delete messages from RCTN after 180 days had changed to just plain deleting the messages when they arrived.
