There are no transparent beads in this set. There are some double encased
green beads with brown scrolls - are those the ones you mean? They have an
opaque first layer - you can't see through them.

Clear green beads? There are none, so I am not sure what you mean

I think she means the transparent grass green ones (they are part of what
I
said earlier I'd put into a different set).

Sorry - I still am confused. There aren't any transparent beads in the
set.

Exactly right, Carol... it's the transparent (to me = clear) grass
green beads.

Sorry Kandice... I have mental pause when it comes to writing
descriptive words these days. sigh I know what I mean to say, but I
can't say it well.

I'll try again, sweetie... smiling There's only 3 of the beads...
they're clear green, with a white center and they have a brownishtan S
swirl on them. Does that help?

I'm SO SORRY for the confusion ... maybe please forget I said anything?

They're wonderful, Kandice. I love all of them, except the clear green
beads with scrolls. For some reason, those jump out and seemingly clash
with the others in the set. I think if you took them out, the rest
would make a beautiful set.

That would be my only criticism too. But wouldn't they make a nice pair for
earrings for me? LOL

The encased floral is superb!

Your beads are just so beautiful.......

LOL - no biggie at all. I think I know which ones you mean. The center
is actually copper green, encased with dark transparent sage green, then
encased again with transparent pale green. Then they are scrolled with
encased light brown stringer. There are two like that. Are those the ones
you mean? Anyway....I really do appreciate all the information and
comments. It's very helpful. I'm still not sure I am going to sell this
set as is. I'm going to make beads tomorrow and see what I come up with
first.

then encased again with transparent pale green.

Well, those are some of the ones *I* was talking about (you could tell the
green was a transparent glass on my monitor). You also had at least one
(perhaps two) that used the transparent green to make scrolls on top of a bead.
If it were me, I'd make a set of all of the beads with the transparent green -
but of course, whoever buys the beads can match them up however they'd like
whether you keep the whole thing as one set or split it up. :-)

The "clear greens" liven up the set, but the set is much more coherent if
they're covered up when you look at the set.

And that focal is a great combination. It has a feel of scrolls and stuff,
including leaves, being under the surface. And including the flower. A
glimpse in a shadowy part of the garden of a flower amid the vines and
leaves.

Oh they are gorgeous. And they really really DO work as a set. Those
colours really appeal to me and I think would be very attractive also
to people who are not normally so in to the brighter colour combo's.

But, as I am sure many others have probably offered, if you really
feel squeamish about the whole idea - best to just send them to me to
get them out of your hair ;-)

They are. I am mulling it over. I have them strung in a set, but am not
convinced I want to offer them that way. Each individual bead is good, I

good as a set.
