Default Mother's Day/BD present

My DS and FDIL gave me the neatest thing the other day. They are moving out
to the Bay area in the fall and are sizing down. They handed me an old
cigar box full of old beads. Some were made from polyclay by FDIL. I could
wring her neck. She had real promise but moved on to other art forms. Some
beads are glass and other materials I am not sure of but very pretty none
the less. And they gave me an old book on polyclay with some very neat
ideas, one I had not seen. It might be out of print now.

It made me smile.

Made me smile too. I don't know what it is about old cigar boxes but
they always seem to hold something dear. Lucky you Jan.

Sounds like an excellent gift! I love looking through old stuff like that!
