Default Bead related Antique fair visit.

I spent an hour doing one of my favourite things this morning. I went to
the antique fair with my youngest son.

I got some beads.
First was a blue and clear crystal necklace by "Exquisite" It is really
pretty.

Then I got two vintage crystal necklaces, one a single strand and one
double strand.

I also got a brooch in a Celtic type design. The pin need a repair doing
to it. I thought it very striking with light amber crystal and 3 shades
of green cabs.

The carnival glass were given to me by one stall holder because they one
strand was broken from the clasp.

I have Vicki if she would kindly put a picture up.

I will be going to a fair next week. It will be the last one Chris will
be able to go with me for awhile as he will be going back to sea.

I wish you could be here and I would have fun taking you.

About every 2 months there is a huge antique fair at Newark where there
average 4,000 stalls. Some of them are outdoors so really need a dry day
for them.

Wouldn't it be lovely for a huge RCB get together to go to that fair.

I have not been for some time because it is tiring for me. An early
start is needed. Not only that it costs or did 5 GBP to get in. That is
a big chunk of my spending money.
Still we can dream.

How FUN, Shirley. I'm so glad you got to do something today that gave you
pleasure. {{{{{{{{{{{{{Shirley}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

I'm going to go dig up that crystal strand you sent me long ago, and wear it
today. (Thank you again, sweetheart.)

I wish you could too Kathy. It is about the only time I get to spend
with youngest son on his own. His family take up the rest of his time.
