Default Cleaning Oil Paintings

Ive read other messages about this and they all refer to old, expensive
oil paintings. I need to know how to clean an oil based acrylic
painting that my husband did. It is not expensive and he doesn't like
the painting, but I love it and would like to clean it to hang in my
bedroom. Any suggestions?
