will be taking the following out of the running, so the above ones are
the only ones now under consideration.

I am going to run the first group by DH and see what he thinks, but I
would appreciate any more input if you have any. Tomorrow will be spent
trying to contact the correct offices regarding business licenses and
whatnot sigh. On the plus side, the entire room could be written off
on taxes since it will be used for business....whee!

YOu need to be real careful about claiming a potion of your personal home
for business use -- you cannot use that room for personal use.

Yes and there are other rules about what happens if the room gets turned
back into "non-commercial" space...at our house it is just easier - and
less expensive actually - to not claim a specific space for my business.
Just to make sure I'd check with an accountant to find out what all the
rules/regulations are for that...to be on the safe side!
