Default Finished new quilt top

Hi ladies and gents.

I wanted to share pics of a quilt top I just finished. It is my first
Stack n Slash. THe quilt it for my husband stepfather, who is a music
fan.

Let me know what you think.

Oops. There are 14 fabrics. 7 reds. 4 black with white prints and 3
white with black prints. All black and white are musical in theme,
musical notes, trebles, records, trumpets, scores.

It will be bound in the sashing fabric and backed by grey fabric that
appears wrinkled to dyed crinkly so there are varying shades of grey.

Jenn, red/white/black is always a dramatic combination, and this quilt
is no different. It's wonderful, and I'm sure your SFIL will love it,
especially with those music-themed fabrics in it!

To be honest, I almost didn't look, because up to now I've not seen a S&S I
liked. But I do like yours! Must be the controlled color scheme. And natural
talent :-) Well done!
