Read this backwards, and rearrange where the spaces are.

is, or could be.

Harry sees his parents, the first few times he sees it, because he
misses them and they died when he was 1.

I remembered that it says "I show not your face but your heart's desire"
backwards, and split into (more or less) pronounceable pseudo-words.
