Default OT what is this flower?

Since I know quilters are experts on a variety of
things can anyone name this flower?
Some are white and some go to blue. I think they came
in an assortment DH planted last year.
TIA, Taria

It looks like a clematis to me - but I'm not an expert We have clematis
vines in our yard.

link should work now. I think it is just an annual and it
doesn't climb.

I see them now. They aren't a clematis tho I don't know what they are. I
have some that came up after I scattered a wild flower mix about 5 years
ago.

++Is it a perenial or an annual, its leaves look like it may be an annual.
Did it die down and reseed itself? While it looks a little like a clemantis,
I don't think it is. I lived in California most my life, and you can grow
vertually everything there, from desert to rain forest, and I have never
seen it, It is certainly beautiful. Maybe its a wild flower Sometimes you
get an assortment of wildflower seeds in a packet. Kay

Love in the Mist.
I got a whole packet of it this year. That's how I knew : ) Had some that
were in a 'Butterfly Attracting Flowers' package a couple of years ago and
I liked them.(Had to look them up then as I didn't know what they
were--package had a list of flowers that was in it) Can't remember if they
have a scent or not. They are taller this year--maybe a different variety of
them?

Thank you Butterfly. You know them all. What a wonderful name for
such a pretty little flower. DH planted the mix last year and they
reseeded. When I got back from a quilt show Sat. DH had some in
a bouquet he had picked for me. The name makes them all the sweeter : )
They are growing like weeds. Here's some info if anyone else is interested.

Thanks everyone for looking. Butterfly is a top notch flower pro.
Wish she was my neighbor!

I call them Alien plants, because after the flower goes to a seed pod,
it looks like something from outer space!!! The seed pod gets about an
inch or so big, with those little antenna things sticking out. Great
for dried flower arranging. I just love them!!! ...... and good thing
because they will self-seed all over the place and even grow in poor
soil. Some are pink, some are white and some are blue. I think they are
also called Devil in the Mist, or Love in the Mist. We live in Western
Washington. I'd be happy to collect seeds for anyone who has an insane
desire for weird plants!
