Toe up socks
Toe up is the only way I knit socks. I also use the 1 circ ML method
doing both socks at the same time so I don't have to think as much and I stopped all second sock syndrome from happening to me. As for cast on , I use the aloha cast on from the queen kahuna book , very easy and make for a beautiful toe. |

Toe up socks
I actually REALLY like this idea...I have the "itch" to start knitting
for winter, and I'm thinking socks for me (and my little boys) and mittens and hats for the boys, too...(plus my youngest son's Christmas stocking - last Christmas he didn't care, but this one he'll be old enough to figure out he doesn't have one...) Just my overzealous opinion JJMolvik Hee hee..... cuff down, on 2 sets 4 dpns, alternating each sock. No second sock syndrome. ;D Shelagh |
