Default AD - new cabs up

I've been experimenting with frit lately. One of the cabs I've made
looks like a Japanese painting. www.pattiwhiteley.com/dichro14.htm. I
can add a finding to make these into lapel pins or you can bead around
them.
To see the others, just go to the website and click on "dichroic
glass".
Thanks for looking, and I'd love some comments.

Patti,

Looks great! I've been using frit in my lampwork for a long time, but
I've never been happy with how it has looked my fusing projects. Good
for you for doing better than me!!

JC,
Thanks for the compliments, but I'd say you are doing better than I
am if you do lampwork!
As far as fusing with frit goes, capping with Bullseye streamer
glass, #4100-00, really helps to magnify your cab. You can position it
so the black streamers frame the design. If I use frit without capping
it, it just burns off and leaves rough dots. I also like using opaque
glass as the background or primary color. It's sort of strange, I don't
really like opaques except for using frit and also for sandblasting.
Hope this helps,

Patti

I really like the Mondrian! It's got some great lines to it.
