Default need help identifying designer

I can't find my 2003 JCS ornament issue, and I'm preparing a needlework
display and need to identify a designer. Can anyone tell me who designed
the Christmas tree ornament with candles of bugle beads topped with seed
beads for flames? It's pictured on the cover, directly under the "N" in
this photo:

Thanks!!! (I know 2003 around here somewhere, but it's the ONLY year
since 2000 that I can't find! Aargh!!)

Sue
