"the map"
I have this in my stash, but haven't started it yet. Have way too many
unfinished projects to start a BIG new one. DH ppicked the Map out, and thought it would look great above the fireplace. What are you stitching it on? Gillian "CowieLuv" wrote in message ... Love adding new things to my rotation list! Started working on Heritage Stitchcraft's US Map last night. Looking for others stitching the same pattern. Would love to set up an email loop to chat once in awhile! cowie |

Have way too many
unfinished projects to start a BIG new one. Ditto, but hasn't stopped me yet! What else are you working on?? DH ppicked the Map out, and thought it would look great above the fireplace. That would be lovely! Maybe souveneirs from various places on the mantle?? What are you stitching it on? 28ct Jobelan. Easier to see and count that way. cowie (aka--Teresa) |

an I offer a word of thought? Stitch the motifs over one. Try a
small motif on a piece of scrap both in over 2 and over one, and do the backstitching on both. The detail in the back stitch tends to get a bit lost on the over 2 (if it's anything like the map I'm doing). Thanks for the tip! Will play around with it and see how it looks. cowie |
