Default Uhhhh, Kandice??

IMO, you need to start adding something to your auctions...

A drool factor.

On a scale of 1-10, your purple "glass petals 2" have a drool factor of like 30.

Now, I'm not now, nor have I ever been, a fan of the color purple (long story) but WOW. But that bead is AMAZING.

Thank you sweetie!! That is a combination of ink blue and dark amethyst

Grr... That always happens on my laptop.

Anyway, what I was saying is that I really like mixing my own colors. Gives
you infinite possibilities!

It seems to me that different glasses have different color ranges that they
may even be unable to get out of. I often find I can't find Japanese beads
that match Czech glass, or Austrian crystals that match Italian glass, etc.

I still mourn about not being able to find lampwork in the orange through
"rose" you find in flowers. Instead I find people offering rose and pink
that are way into the mauve color.

Hehehehe
Seed beads matching Effetre glass are hard to find generally. I HAVE to

mix
Effetre to get the purple I like. Their amethyst (purple) sucks unless it
is layered over pale lavender, periwinkle or dark lavender, or mixed with
ink purple, medium blue or dark lavender. I am always on the lookout for
decent purple. And I absolutely refuse to use Moretti EDP (evil
devitrifying purple). Someday, I hope the people at Effetre will get a

clue
and mix some transparent grape purple. They did strike a home run with

the
ink blue, though. Damn that color rocks.
Here I go again......

and beautiful, gorgeous beads.
HOWEVER
it makes finding seed beads to go with them sometimes a challenge!

i took "Tink-beads", and "Kandice-beads", and "Karen-beads" shopping
today for matching seed beads. took a friend to help. drove sales
ladies [2] crazy trying to get close matches for them.

but BOTH ladies oooh-ed and ahhhh-ed over the beads. "Gee, we don't
have any like that here . . . "
