Request for "Good Stuff"

My DNiece Lisa is preggers again for the third time. She miscarried
the first two times within the first trimester but this time things look
much better. She's been to the Dr. 3 times now and each time the fetal
heartbeat has been strong so we hope this one stays! She's right at 12 or
13 weeks now but there are some congenital and other health issues that
are of concern. So, I am asking for any and all "good stuff" that anyone
can send her way so that she can carry this baby to term and have it born
healthy with all necessary accouterments -- like fingers, toes, ears,
nose, external plumbing (if called for :-), etc. Thanks & CiaoMeow ^;;^
