Frank darling, I just can't help wondering -you must have some hidden flaws somewhere.

Uh, my only flaw is that I'm a little bit too humble.

Nobody can be this perfect!

I have to be to deserve Brenda.

Do you guys ever make chocolate crackles from Kellogg's Rice Bubbles?
Copha is the stuff we melt to mix it. You probably know it by another
name.

First off, Cheryl, what the hell is a Rice Bubble?? You mean Rice Krispies?

Try Kalua. That gives it a coffee kick that is wonderful.

You asked for it:
Chocolate Soufflé (no matter what you've heard, its not that tough)
1 tablespoon softened butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup espresso
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips (half a bag)
1/2 cup heavy cream
6 eggs
1 tablespoon Kalua, Brandy or Grand Marnier
12 oz. quark

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Rub 6-cup soufflé pan with the butter and sprinkle in 1/4 cup of the
sugar. Rotate the pan to coat it with the sugar and dump out the
excess.
Put the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, chocolate and espresso together in
a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring to combine. Remove
and cool slightly.
Blend the eggs, cream and brandy in a blender. Continue to run the
blender on low and add the chocolate mixture, spoon in the quark and
continue to blend for 30 seconds. Pour into the prepared soufflé pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 375F.

Saw this tonight and thought of you all (not you, Frank, although I
suppose it is possible that you look like this).

I don't know - are they small and round and crunchy, and do they go snap
crackle pop when you pour on the milk? LOL

The filling sounds gorgeous, but I need a translation about the pie
crust.

At first I thought it was a pastry shell, but on re-reading think it
must be one of thos wizzed up biscuits and butter ones.

I know Oreos are chocolate flavoured biscuits, but have never met
Grahams Crackers. Here cream crackers are a very dry biscuit for
cheese - ooops, have just realised that your biscuits are called
crackers, and your biscuits are a sort of scone, so now I'm even more
confused! It can't be a 'for cheese' variety.....

Or am I completely confused and its some ready made shell you buy?

If I remember correctly there really is no equivilant to the graham
cracker :/ To give you a better idea of what might replace it (or to
allow you to make it yourself) here is a recipe

Hope that helps some

12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 egg yolks (no whites)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons brandy or other liquor (try Gran Marnier)
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 Graham cracker or Oreo Cookie pie crust - 8"

Put first 4 ingredients in a blender. Blend on low 1 minute. Heat
the 1 1/2 cups heavy cream just to boiling. Pour into blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into crust. Chill for at least 3
hours uncovered in the refrigerator.
The hot cream melts the chocolate and cooks the eggs. This recipe is
VERY rich. The slices should be about 1" wide. Can't eat much more
than that. Try drizzling with a raspberry sauce right before
serving. I gave this recipe to a friend of mine in the UK. He
served it to several members of the House of Lords. He said it was
the first time any of them commented on anything he'd ever served them.

Merry Xmas to all.

Okay, I just made this and put it in the refrigerator. I need to
