Default largest online quilt fabric store that cuts .25 yards?

I'm lucky enough to have several good fabric stores in driving distance
so I rarely order from the online stores. I browse in them often enough
though. I recently started a part time job and promised myself to blow
some money ordering online. I'm very pleased with spending the last few
days browsing, drooling, taking notes on what I wanted to buy, changing
my mind several times, you know the drill. My only disappointment came
when I had everything figured out and went to place my order. Only then
did I notice that Big Horn's minimum cut is half a yard. I was really
counting on getting a bunch of quarters. Equilter is the same. So
here's the question. Going entirely by size (number of bolts of
quilters cotton), which is the largest online fabric store that will cut
and sell a quarter?

Paul,

Would you consider changing the rules at equilter such that I could
browse through the whole store and order a quarter of whatever
individual fabric I wanted? Fatts are irrelevent to me; long quarters
are fine. When I go into any in-person quilting fabric store, I can
bring a stack of bolts up to the cutting table and ask for quarters.
They're glad to cut them. That's what I want to do when ordering
online. The packets, lovely though they are, aren't what I'm looking
for at all. I want to get a quarter of this and a quarter of that.

Thanks to all for the suggestions of places that will cut quarter yards.
I've got every one of them bookmarked for future use.
