Is there anywhere I can view your work. I'm sure that my attempts
are not art show quality, but I'd like to work up to that. So far I'm just doing local craft show at a retirement village and a farmer's market with a Christmas event booked. Thanks....Sharon in SW Ontario Canada BGreen9661 wrote: I do almost exclusively seed bead work (off and on-loom work) and I sell very well at arts & crafts shows that are more high-end art shows. I have some work. If you go to the yahoo group beadershaven and look under
Helen C's work (or anyone else's for that matter) you can see various examples of different work with seed beads. (Now, where's that link?) http://groups.yahoo.com/group/beader...7s%20Beadwork/ Hope that helps you. Later, Helen C wrote in message ... I do seed bead work. Right now I am mostly doing brick stitch earrings. I just completed this one 5 mintues ago: http://www.schizoaffective.org/forsale/brickeagleii.jpg Now I need to make one that matches it. You can always become a member, after all, it is free (and makes a great
spam e-mail) That's why it's not the easiest way to show stuff. And if you check out Yahoo, there's quite a few bead groups with numerous eye candy to look at (that is if you're interested) I probably belong to 1/2 dozen myself. Read a lot of good tips, see eye candy and more! I believe there's also msn groups, aol groups, etc. There's a LOT of finished beadwork to look at. Also check on bead-patterns.com (that might be an underscore instead of hyphen) And then there's always the links list http://airandearth.netfirms.com/soozlinkslist.html Or even google seed beads or any other variation you can think of and you should get a LOT of links. Have fun looking! Later, Helen C BTW, welcome! You appear to be new here. We'll try to be gentle (EG) |
