Hi Noreen, it is three rovings of Merino, if my memory serves me correctly,
I dyed each one a different colour, one light blue one mid blue/lavendar and one white, then pulled them through a large comb, or for the correct term ... hackle comb. I am sure it is merino, I can't quite rmember, but if it is very soft then that is what it is...wash as for very delicate...also it is singles not plyed. Cheers.....Cher Noreen's Knit*che wrote in message ... Slip one knit one then pass the second stitch over. makes one hole or lace
stitch. yarn forward knit two together. again makes one hole or lace stitch. yarn forward knit three together yarn forward. makes two holes either side of one stitch. Anything which makes holes where the holes are put into a pattern like zig zags or flowers, this is then called a lace pattern the above are some of the ways of making a lace stitch. cheers....Cher Ophelia wrote in message ...
