I (and many others) use Webshots. It is free of charge (although you can purchase upgraded
features). I like the ease in which you can create albums. You can also re-arrange the pictures in the albums and can rearrange the albums themselves. I like being able to sort and arrange photos so people who view them see them the order I set up -- (which usually makes sense -- at least to me.) If I add another picture later -- it's easy to drop it in and move it wherever I want. The downside(or upside -- depends on how you look at it) to webshots -- is that other people can't just right click on an image and save it. When you "download" an image from webshots -- it is in there file format. It is pretty easy. There are lots and lots of others out there. Shutterfly is one. I'm sure that Fuji and Kodak have something. Yahoo! pics -- Myphoto.com photobucket.com kodakgallery.com photos.yahoo.comsnapfish.com pixagogo.com webshots.com these are just a few of them! I use Yahoo for my picture album. There isn't nearly as many advertisements,
it is easy to use and I have never had trouble with it at all. I don't know if you can right click on a picture to get it though. -- Boca Jan Florida - Land of the Hurricanes http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/poo_de_doo/myphotos "Kate G." wrote in message . .. Hazel, I see you have a yahoo address....you can post pictures to a
yahoo album for free. You can choose what albums are made public - for all to see - and which ones are either private or invite only. That's where I post all my pictures. I took an image at random from your Webshots site and uploaded it to my ISP-provided manage-it-yourself web space. What that shows is how difficult webshots makes it to find anything. She's doing better. In fact, you would hardly know she has been sick -
she's really starting to get on everybody's nerves, but that's because we have kept her pretty much down, on the couch, under a blanket....not her favorite way to be. Thanks for asking! if you want to see my albums at yahoo, go to: photos.yahoo.com/nystitcher1972 Larisa sewamommy wrote: HI ya. how's your daughter? thanks for the advice !!!! i probably will take a lot at yahoo. the whole, i get to choose what is public and everything. thanks. happy holidays! sewamommy: hazel off kilter quilter wrote: Hazel, I see you have a yahoo address....you can post pictures to a yahoo album for free. I have found that in Webshots if you go to view full size image, then you
can right click on the picture and save it as a jpeg. So many people have great color combinations or just pictures I would like to look at again for inspiration that I save them. me too -- I guess I didn't realize that if you went to large view you could do that! I have
collected many quilts that I wish were mine -- and would love to make... Since I know I won't be able to make them all -- it sure is fun to browse my virtual quilt collection!
