Default Who here uses real seeds and other organic plant materials?

Sticks, seed, pods, bark etc being the primary materials.
Anyone else?

I do -- FMG sells beads in various types of natural materials such as
buri root and betel nut. I'm particularly fond of those brown, bumpy
seeds whose name eludes me at the moment. Begins with an "R" --
Rudrashkar? Something like that.

I use natural beads in malas (prayer beads), and I'm looking forward to
ordering from One World Projects (Thanks for the link, guys!).

I did once upon a time Min. Way back when I used beans that were
drilled in my macrame.
