If you compare it to the link I posted, which is this one http://www.knittinghelp.com/videos/cast-on and scroll down to Knitting-On it's the same cast on, and it's the one I used. It works great for casting on the stitches when doing the thumb. ...Linda D. in B.C., Canada After I did, I realize it is just the standard knit cast on.
