Firehouse angel has arrived

The firehouse angel has arrived in Cambridge, MA at my office. I will be
taking it home this evening and checking to see what I will stitch. I
opened it and it is truely a piece of art. I hope my meagre stitching
talents are worthy of the cause. I will not do any metallics or beads even
though I have done them before. I will stitch it over the weekend when we
are in Ogunquit, Maine (Indian word for beautiful place by the sea) and see
how far I can get in one week. Let me know who gets it next.

OK -- I have NO volunteers after Lucille. Who wants to be next in line? I
don't want to try and have 5 or 6 people to coordinate so first come, first
served. I can coordinate the next 2 or 3 people after Lucille if I get that

Please put me down after Lucille, Tia Mary. Since I'm trying to work
on 2 other projects (if I ever get all the supplies), I may not be
able to do a lot of stitching but I'd still love to be at least a small
part of this. :-)

I didn't see a card either but I did notice at the bottom of one of
the pattern pieces where people had been signing/initialling and
putting the dates so I added mine to that.
