Default REQ INFO: looking for silver bangle findings

I am looking for a certain type of bangle finding in sliver. the type
of finding that i am searching for resembles a bangle with a hollow
groove in the center where seed beads can be threaded all the way
around (bangle not bracelet).

also, i am looking for small sterling silver clapperless bells (similar
to the indian-style "googri's(!)).

i appreciate any information and advice.

thanks in advance,

seasoned bread crumbs

pepper

olive oil

Pound the breasts flat (parboil first if using umbilical
cords so they won?t be tough).
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each, along with some minced onion
then fold in half, trimming neatly.
Dredge in flour, eggwash, then seasoned breadcrumbs;
allow to sit for a few minutes.
Sauté in butter and olive oil until golden brown,
about 6 minutes on each side.
