NEEDING A FLARE STYLE JACKET PATTERN

If anyone knows of a pattern to use for this style jacket please email
me. It is fitted until passing the hips and then flares out at hips.
(so it flares out when they are doing spins on stage) I am desperate
for one. I have several customers wanting this style jacket for their

I wonder if you could be more specific about what kind of jacket you are
talking about please? The part on spinning on stage was especially
confusing for those unitiated like me.

I bet you're talking about a peplum. Butterick had a jacket in the RETRO
section. You may have to modify but is it what you're thinking?

I thought maybe that was what she was looking for but it was the onstage
spinning that confused me lol
