lampworking
Wow, I admire all of you who do lampworking. I had a one day course
this weekend and though I made some 25 beads I now know what a combination of art and science it is. I was tought by Winston Doull, who invented the Volcano, a kind of very open kiln, gasheatead, no need for oxygen. I must say it works, though of course I cannot compare it to a normal torch. Anyone worked with both? http://www.nwartglass.com/newproducts.htm# http://www.designsinglass.de/index_2.htm Maybe, if I get rich and bored, I,ll buiy myself a set. Bart you can send email to me using mendelson-at-mendelson-dot-nl www.mendelson.nl |
