The latest was an awful pic emailed from his aged aunt in cape cod. Jim
juggled it so that they were all wading in the water, wearing snow clothes. his comment was "A bit cold for wading isn't it??). I can send you by email some of the weird things he has done, but don't ask me how!! Gillian "Karen C - California" wrote in message ... In article . net, "Gillian Murray" writes: Jim can take any picture and put it a different surrounding!! Hmmmmm, I think Jim and I need to have a chat. I haven't figured out how to do that yet -- see if you can get some basic directions for me, and e-mail them. My e-mail's pretty easy to unmunge (problem seems to arise when people delete the obvious, but not the extra dot). -- Finished 12/14/03 -- Mermaid (Dimensions) WIP: Angel of Autumn, Calif Sampler, Holiday Snowglobe, Guide the Hands (2d one) Paralegal - Writer - Editor - Researcher http://hometown.aol.com/kmc528/KMC.html |

Guys, I am not ABSOLUTELY sure it starts is June, iand it may be early
July!! I will let you know the minute I know. I guess I can yake the tentative schedule, with a calendar, and backtrack. Yup, I will do that this weekend. G Actually, why I don't I send the advertisement of where we are and when, and then you can go from there. Eating your heart out yet, Pat?? G "clancy" wrote in message ... The edges turn over very easily Pat - what are you doing the bookmarks on ..... the ones I did for the grandkids (love all 4 of them) were the pre-made bookmarks - I think they're Aida (blech for anything but bookmarks or ornaments). You just go ahead and send 'em over Girl - I'll fix 'em up in a hurry. (Ew, I love that word 'Cleverclogs') You betcha - I can't wait for the shindig in June - or June in fact - when I'm quite sure the temperature will not be MINUS 45 C. I do my bookmarks on left-over bits of fabric - I don`t bother buying the
special Aida banding stuff. In fact when I set up for a project, I usually leave extra fabric so I can do a few bookmarks around the same piece, just to have a change every now and then!!! At the moment I have two projects going on the same frame - "The Watchers" (back view of a group of Native American women obviously - er - WATCHING something, and a Thomas Kinkade Stepping Stone Cottage one on the other side - I just turn it round in the clamp to have a change. I don`t think I`ll ever do another Thomas Kinkade - they are too garish for my taste. I prefer natural colours. Back to my cottages and trees etc. Pat P "clancy" wrote in message ...
