Default summer knitting of course

-------------------------------------
Just want to say...
I start my Christmas knitting in the summer. Thank goodness for
air conditioning. Last year one side of the family and this
year the other. Sweaters are done is small pieces so you aren't
really working on large pieces.

Hats and mittens are small, too.
Socks seem small but the gauge means there are many stitches for
the size - gift socks should also be started early.

I'm a slow knitter. I give books for Christmas.
