Collage jewelry supplies and more from Sooz
Ok, now you know what Sooz has done to ME!
I was a happy beader till Sooz started sending me these links on the sly......and the next thing I knew, I'd drifted away from beading....and found myself into COLLAGE and ALTERED BOOKS and STUFF It's true. See, for me, these two things overlap, and I love them, so.............why not infect? --um, I mean, share? woops ~~ Sooz ------- "Selective deafness, it's a wonderful thing." ~Kathy N-V ESBC ~ Dr. Sooz's Bead Links http://airandearth.netfirms.com/soozlinkslist.html ~ Bead Notes: Beading information A - Z http://www.lampwork.net/beadnotes.html |

And I'm so fixated on the microscope slide pendants that I can't think about
anything else. I found a local source for slides, and now I have to track down the 1/4" copper foil and lead free solder. Does Home Depot have lead free solder? -- Tinkster www.imeltstuff.com NEW eBay Sto http://www.stores.ebay.com/blackswampglassworks Join my Mailing List: "vj" wrote in message ... vj found this in rec.crafts.beads, from "Kandice Seeber" : ]Hehehe yes!!! We love you Sooz. of course we do. i am just NOT getting my work done, and my "wants" are about 200 x more than my wallet allows. i've already ordered more silver from Nicole so i can get more things made up . . . |

Well, I have my blank slides and I have my solder. None of the stained glass
places were open today, so no copper foil. Just so y'all know and don't waste a trip, Michael's didn't have copper foil. Now I'm digging through all my vintage calling cards and stuff for goodies to play with! -- Tinkster www.imeltstuff.com NEW eBay Sto http://www.stores.ebay.com/blackswampglassworks Join my Mailing List: |

to play with! I suggest making color photocopies, Tink, if you want to cut the art up or glue it. ~~ Sooz ------- "Selective deafness, it's a wonderful thing." ~Kathy N-V ESBC ~ Dr. Sooz's Bead Links http://airandearth.netfirms.com/soozlinkslist.html ~ Bead Notes: Beading information A - Z http://www.lampwork.net/beadnotes.html |

First of all, if it's vintage paper, it's precious. That's good stuff to many
of us out there! Don't cut it up or glue it, not that you're ever going to resell it....it's just lovely stuff, and you don't want to abuse it. I wouldn't be able to ruin items like that with scissors or goop, it'd kill me. Like when Ralph Lauren cut up gorgeous old quilts to make skirts. Second, you can reuse the image if you photocopy it. If you want to charge a whole lot more for it, go ahead and use originals. How come? Does this hold true if it's torn and not whole? I've always saved scraps of
paper but never found anything to do with them. LOL! -- Tinkster www.imeltstuff.com NEW eBay Sto http://www.stores.ebay.com/blackswampglassworks Join my Mailing List: "Dr. Sooz" wrote in message ...
