I too stick the paper in the room and crease where the corners are. I then
pull the paper out and spread a thick glue meant for wallpapering dollhouses on the back and then press it in using a small squeegee, I press all wrinkles out. You can then touch up the edges if needed. I let it dry a bit and then use a fresh razor blade and cut out the doors and windows and wall edges. I also do it first before anything else, then the ceiling paper, then the floors then the stairs and windows. For light I use those little dome touch lamps. They work pretty good on larger rooms. Hope that helps. Jennie "Pat" wrote in message y.com... Hi, One of the most frustrating tasks for me is wallpapering assembled dollhouses. The space is too small, my hands are too big, and I just can't see. I have documented a better way for me on my website. I am sure it is not original but it is a step by step documentation. http://www.fnadoc.com/WoodWorking/Mi...aperMethod.htm Pat Pat Connelly pjjconnelly at ameritech dot net www.fnadoc.com |
