Default Where is Row 28?

I bought 2 balls of lovely Kid Merino last nite at our Guild Meeting and
found a neat pattern for a Cat's Paw Lace Scarf however the pattern says
Repeat rows 13 through 28 eleven times (12 paw prints total) but I don't see
a row 28 listed in the pattern....am I missing something?

http://straw.com/cpy/patterns/scarve...paw-scarf.html

A good friend loves cats and I thought this would be a great first lace
pattern for me to try.

Thanks in advance for any cluesG

I think it is a knit row Donna. If you look at the instruction for row
14 it says "and all even rows" so I assume it means up to and includint
row 28.

I agree the pattern could have been worded more clearly.

Default Where is Row 28?

At row 14 is states " Row 14 and all even rows: Knit. Although 28 is not
mentioned by number I would suggest that as it is an even row it is knitted.
Can't think of anything else.

Knitting the phantom row 28 will give extra space between the cat's paws.
I've knitted this scarf, and it seems to me that's what I did after
scratching my head a bit. It's a nice scarf. ;)

Hi Donna!
I loved that pattern! I just made it up myself but I used a heavier
weight yarn on size 13 needles. Thanks for such a great find! Here's
how mine came out: http://tinyurl.com/2v8ls8 and scroll down to photo
on the left.
