stretching wool on purpose
I have a lovely Norwegian 100% wool sweater that I want to strech the
arms about 2". I was planning on soaking the arms, laying it flat and stretching and clamping the arms about 2" longer - then letting it dry. Will this work? Will it be permanent? Any precautions? Thanks!!! |
