Default more specific about janome 10001 & gigahoop & design problems

maybe someone has had the same problem...

when i try to do a design with the gigahoop that has ends that must
match exactly (like a big circle or square), i size the design in
embird, then use customizer to put it back together. then i print out
the templates and make sure they line up EXACTLY with the clothsetter.

BUT NO.....when i sew up the 1st side, it looks great. i turn the hoop
and try the second side and they don't come anywhere NEAR lining up...

i called the dealer to ask if they knew how to do it and was told, no,
the resident ace there had the same problem. that most designs only
need to "come close" to look good, not match up exactly--they had
taken the problem to janome but no fix yet...

there MUST be a way to do this...anyone else have this problem? what
did you do??
