Kate, you'll already be on Jessamy's craft won't you? She'll get to you
before us.
Are you ready, Karen, for the UK invasion? The southern branch, anyway

Is this a real or a cyber party?
I didn't think I could come; but, if Jessamy can, I'll maybe hitch a
ride with her, as she flies across from Holland?

Collect me en route Pat please.....

Sorry, can't do that, just "Death By Baileys"! Its well wicked,
involving whipping cream, Baileys, crushed digestive biscuits mixed with
melted butter, and if you're feeling indulgent, a few chocolate chips...

Well, its a sort-of Baileys cheesecake...

Break/crumble chocolate chip cookies or digestive biscuits into a
saucepan of melted butter, mix well and press into a flan case. Bung
into the fridge to cool and set.

In a bowl, pour a large pot of whipping cream and beat, pouring a
generous measure of congac/brandy/whisky (basically your favourite
tipple!) into the cream and mixing well to avoid curdling, spoon the
whipped cream onto the biscuit base and smooth the top. Grate a little
chocolate onto the top or throw a few more chocolate chips on the top,
refridgerate overnight or for as long as you can bear... - and enjoy!
