I didn't post the one here, but I do have one online.

Don't have the URL to hand, but if you type
NightMist +fruitcake
into google, it comes up right at the top of the list.

DH discovered this last year when I was sick and he couldn't find my
lasagna recipe (which is on the same site). He HAD to try the search
with fruitcake, just so he could make jokes about it!

Here's a couple of interesting recipes:

Condensed Milk Fruit Cake -- Baked

1 lb 11oz ( about 3/4 lb) dried mixed fruit of choice - currants,
sultanas,
raisins, cranberries; candied or dried cherries, candied pineapple,
candied
lemon peel, etc. (NO Citron)
5 fl.oz cranberry juice, apple juice or white grape juice
3/4 cup (6 oz.) self rising flour
1 egg, beaten lightly
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Line base and sides of a deep 8 inch round cake tin with 3 layers of
parchment or greaseproof paper.
Place fruit and cranberry juice in a large saucepan, bring to the boil
remove from heat. Cool to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F.
Place fruit and juice mixture in a bowl, stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake for about 2 hours.
Cover hot cake tightly with tin foil and allow cake to cool in the tin.
Overnight is ideal.

Ice Box No Cook Fruit Cake

1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 fresh coconut, grated
OR,
1 can Baker's Flaked Coconut
3/4 lb. candied cherries
4 slices candied pineapple
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. black walnuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, cherries, pineapple, pecans, black
walnuts, and sweetened condensed milk thoroughly. Pack ingredients back
into graham cracker box lined with wax paper. Store in refrigerator. No
cooking! Slice and serve.

Let me know how they taste. I am making no guarantees.
