Default QOV

If anyone is making QOV blocks or quilts but don't know what to do with
them, you can send them to me. Our guild is making bunches of them for
distribution in October to the VA rehab hospital in Miami.

If there is anyone who would like to donate time on a quilting machine and
quilt some of these, we can always use your talent. I think we have the
batting covered and maybe also the backing....not sure about the backing.

I know many of you have been donating to this program, and the soldiers
thank you. Our local news had a nice presentation of the display that was
set up at a college in Ft. Lauderdale with a couple of soldiers coming to
the podium with their quilts and plucked everyone's heart strings with their
stories.

Default QOV

I also belong to a group that is just starting to make these quilts. G
Not sure where exactly the ones we make will go, but will find out. I
know that we do have a contact person with the QOV group.
