Wasn`t there someone looking for a Harley Davidson kit or chart a little

while back? One has come up on Ebay UK - item no 8100571190 . It`s only got 6 hours to run! I wonder if the Thai company had permission from Harley tho? Harley Davidson keeps a pretty tight grip on their logos and other images. Their website even says that currently they are not issuing licensing agreements to anybody. I'm not saying the seller was in any way at fault, just wondering aloud.
