Default Brother Disney Embroidery Machine?

Does anyone own one of these? I found one on clearance, model PE-170D,
for $200.00 and was wondering if people likes theirs.
I know it's pretty limited but I thought it might be a good way to get
started. My husband and I are Disney fans, so the preloaded images will
be great.
I also thought that if I get the Cats & Dogs cards, that I might be
able to make the animal rescues some nice things for raffles or
auctions.
Thanks!

Not so limited - with one of those conversion thingees you can digitize and
convert to PES format any image you can find on the internet, etc. I just
ordered one for my little old basic White 3300. I've noticed that more and
more folks are selling downloads rather than the actual cards. No break in
price but easier to sell - I imagine.

I've had the PE150(about the same thing?) for 3 or 4 years now.I haven't had
any problems with it.I have the Magic Box for it and have lots of designs.

I have the machine. I love it. You can get more designs to use with it. I
haven't had a lick of trouble out of it. The free arm on disney is rather
large. I have a White Machine also, that I use for all of my other
sewing.......
