Michael Brolly will demonstrate the tools and techniques of turning wood bowls on the lathe and Maurice Fraser will show how to make the time-honored dovetail joint using traditional hand tools. This course is a hands-on exploration of bowl turning with the lathe, with an emphasis on creating one-of-a-kind wooden bowls, vases and other hollow forms.
